A huge thank you to all the designers, dreamers, and fans that made the inagural LA Design Weekend a smashing success. Over 8,000 of you showed up to group shows, open studios and more to show your support for a community of local designers and we are completely honored. A weekend-long grassroots celebration of design, highlighting the sprawling Los Angeles’ design scene in digestible nuggets. Organized throughout 3 days in clustered, neighborhood-centric activations, this event invites both locals and non-locals to easily navigate the city’s widespread design community and experience LA on foot, scooter, bike, carpool, or via LA Metro.

This is an exploratory event about getting your hands dirty, making art, and getting to know the community.

LADW is an inclusive event that invites attendees to peek behind the curtain.
